While negative & lets face it dumb MMX will not go under.

Any win if avalaible would see CHM get shares in MMX.

Therefore port would still be a goer. Just mean that CHM would have a major stake & MMX would have a lot more shareson offer.

MMX have since said they believe they can't be taken to court again for the K&E case but why wouldn't you take the release if it were offered? Crazy?

I do beleive settlement was reasonable. There was a lot of confussion between the two cases.

MMX felt there was more value in paying up. Saves loosing saves there own legals & time. CHM felt there case wasn't good enough to pass up the offer.

If you are wooried there will be a lot more negative talk re MMX vs CHM until its resolved but i don't think it will hamper the other miners eg. GBG to much
