I don't like banks or mining companies either doesn't mean I wouldn't invest in them. I just don't buy the narrative that BNPL is some revolutionary gateway to digital freedom and safety from covid. It's debt wrapped up differently and not exclusive to online either. I think that covid propelled APT and ZIP in Australia and fastracked the industry, it proved that it can thrive in a covid environment. So IOU would be foolish not to push hard right now, is that ethical in my eyes? No. But that's my opinion.
The risk now is minimal of course your appetite is large, earlier this year would be interesting to see if you had the same sentiment.
