I think there a more than just a few of us here who worry about the risk that some holders would sell at the first takeover offer that comes along. I'm also aware that you have experienced this issue firsthand in a previous listed investment and managed to create a better outcome for shareholders.

Given an offer could possibly occur sometime in the near future, does Race plan to proactively engage with shareholders in the future prior to an offer being received?

I'm very interested to hear what you can share about combating this corporate risk on the proviso that it doesn't reveal anything sensitive regarding your strategy.
