If an institutional investor's happy with paying $43m for shares at 6.5c, why is the price lower?
Coulson's share dumping was reckless. Wiping multiple lines at once.
This is sophisticated behavior currently.
Cap the share price. Dump $2m shares into 5.9c. Let retail panic and do the rest.
This is clear as day manipulation to accumulate.
