    With regard transport for exports they are taking the Port of Hastings route as per below links. ESI are a member of GRID with Loy Yang.

    page 14 onwards is the most interesting part for ESI

    It gives some time lines, project priorities and linkages.

    Upgrading the Port of Hastings facility is highly linked to brown coal exports. I don't know vic that well what's required here?

    back to my thoughts
    the link does give a timeline of 2015 so not exactly round the corner.

    I think ESI's best chances going forward (if they get all the ducks lined up well)are a supply agreement to Loy Yang or the like and agreements to build plants in Vietnam, India, China.
