You've had wall failures...you've experienced a languishing sp when the rest of the sector was moving again...now AVO comes in with a hefty premium to your SP and you're still not happy? Got to be joking.

If AVO never made this offer you would be holding even more worthless shares and be wondering the next chance you could to dump then. Now AVO save your butts and you want your 1.88 KPMG value (which got hauled over the coals by the ASX)...good luck and you should just accept the offer and be happy with the efficient AVO outfit...not your cretinous management who are clearly letting you down...
