And just on that point and mention of ' Private' Capital in their ( Sayona's ) announcement on 28th May .

In the context of this NAL deal and all the obvious media furore and frenzy that's ' Bubbling ' along with it - Justt how is it even possible for them to keep the commercial terms ' Silent ' up to this point in time when ALL Quebecer's are potentially standing on the sidelines wanting to know whats going on.

And its not even the How's of this being possible ....but more so the Why's around Why are these terms being kept so secret and under wraps.

And surely the terms of the sale process will have to become known well and truly BEFORE it even sees the inside of a Court Room wall for the approval. And in my opinion this wouldn't be at all normal for the Press to NOT know before the Court adjourns this matter for approval .

And anything different to this would mean that the whole of Quebec and their people would not even be aware of what their Court system and their Political leaders were even doing with regards to this Sale. And that my friends would be a far more important matter for their AG to investigate.

So given all this , there is no doubt in my mind that someone somewhere will have to duly report this to the media at some point. And maybe that point is sooner than we think. At least then we should ALL know the amount of ' Private ' capital potentially involved on our end of the deal. And of course all of this in the context of remembering this statement from their ( Sayona's ) Announcement ; -
