Yeah but where their is a seller their is always a buyer and you have a point it doesn't make sense to buy millions @ .5 only to sell those million @ .6 .usually when a CR happen the share price stay close to the CR price ,But i don't really think that the lucky one's that got all these cheap share are selling i think it might be retail or low top 20 holders that hold only under 5% of the company shares and their would be some big retail holders out there that can't wait until OCT or the end of this year for the other states like Queensland & New South Wales to take up AO1 software .
They got all this new cash so they need to get things moving and if things don't start moving by OCT in regards to news and they run out of cash by DEC with no other states on the books ,Well a lot of us will be heading the the nearest exit .
