I have been fairly concentrated in my portfolio/s through the Covid period. With Results Season two month's away, feel it is probably good timing to take 'starter' positions in 10 to 12 new Companies with a view to finding 5 to 7 shares which are worthy of a three year + hold. Ideally want to get back to 13 - 16 holdings. Currently on 6 (excl SP3)

Spectur ticks lots of boxes and my early read, this does not strike me as one of those Companies where you end up investing too early. The whole inflection point story !

I see there is provision, in the FYE Report notes, for capitalising expenses in terms of R&D, but am yet to discover any evidence of that. Employee expenses ? Maybe you can comment. Going the loan route versus capital raising is always a plus and normally tells a story on the Company's lending ability and confidence. I notice the Lender was repaid with shares on the previous Loan which dilutes the argument, but with the most recent arrangement, the Company has optionality should they start generating positive cash flow. That looks to be probable, so could lead to a simple repayment program. The CEO's comments on the recent podcast IRO acquisitions was also pretty comforting. He appears to be a straight talker.

A feel good stock, but let's see what the next Qtrly and then what Aug brings.
