Hilarious how a newbie with a total of 4 posts and 7 likes to his name can, in his innocence, launch his own thread (replete with typo) that then unleashes a flood of responses/likes etc in a couple of hours. Even visited by our two Elder Statesmen (and both deservedly so - the Emperor maintains dignified silence). I am as guilty as the rest of youse...
Maybe if 3XX or whatever comes to pass, the BOD could divide RAC like a house into a block of flats that are flogged off separately. (How many pillars does Mason reckon we have?). No ordinary flats mind you, more like harbourside penthouse mansions lol.
