Its been a long time since we have heard from the company in regards to the Patent, refer announcement 1st March - Patent portfolio progress update. This was at the First Office Actions stage in the US, which is the essentially the last right of reply for any pending rejections from the examiner.
Looks like the company was able to finally reply back and see attached link for the details. (dated 19th May) EPO Global Dossier US201615781011
Its a well worded reply and I think covers off the claims well. Fingers crossed we can get some resolution in the next month or so.

Now the team aren't focused on this legal work, lets hope we can put the foot down.
Also regarding the ITECH Minerals IPO. Word on the street its they are looking at raising $7M. I haven't received and IPO details yet, you can register in their website to receive updates. ITECH MINERALS
I have noticed they have applied for Mineral Exploration 2021/00055 Under the name ITECH KAOLIN. It not near any known Kaolin resources (i.e. the Archer or ADN deposit) however it will be interesting to see what direction ITECH go with, either the Graphite deposit production or push the Kaolin exploration, my preference would be the former.
