And why is he still on the board of GBJ but not SDL ?
If it is just simply health problem, he will quit both companies. The guy is rich enough to stay home and do nothing. It seems that he can see the JV for this company is infeasible, might as well get out why the ship still floating with hope. He still got tone of SDL shares, he can not sell it, since selling it will tank the whole ship. I guess, he probably use the last 2 months to find some rich naive Chinese investor to buy his shares off the market.
