I dont know exactly how define this kind of transaction.
No is not a trade,. Trade I buy and sell in one day maybe 2 worst scenario 3... most of time between announcements (and i place exactly to guarantee as much i can avoid them).

In that sense for sure what im doing IS NOT A TRADE.

Also, so say im a LTH and investor, absolutely not. My rules to invest in LT involve parameters of income dividends,grow and 5 years of consistency. MSB will not be in that range at least for 5 years.

Maybe better avoid define because also is not a gamble, as well is not a punt.

Is a CONSCIENT investment for short term target (could be 1-2-3 weeks ? 1 month ?) but targeting a result that I believe is highly likely as soon the ann. positive will comes.
