    Oh my lord. The emotional investment you and vrs have in the downfall of NOX really is something special. Good news for the company physically causes you pain.

    Nothing either of you are saying makes any sense. The study is not "unpublished" or secret, vrs.

    Novartis are not going to sue NOX over this announcement! (Quite the opposite).

    And the EU patent is fine harvett. Just be patient.
