I don't see any reference to announcement dates in any prior discussion, subsequent to the conclusion of the PoC.
Are you able to point to the statement from Dom that an announcement would be made?
I could have missed it, but so far I don't see anything that would suggest that announcement would be made 31 May. There are a number of posters that have the same understanding, so if someone can point to it, that would be great.
