but out price, page-54

My HC has been playing up all morning and my post kept getting lost in the ether so it's now just another vague rant in reply to nothing in particular ..... So bear with me and please don't throw stuff at me if I ever show up for drinks at the buy out party


I find this idea that we're somehow past the stage of proof of efficacy and market value worrying, most seem to think we just have to negotiate the buy out figure. There are countless diamond/gold /silver/lithium etc explorers here on HC that are guaranteed to hit the motherlode any day now, with countless HC members sinking way more than they can afford into these sure bets.

I'm in pretty heavily here and I'm confident in the plan but without results we're still just a hopeful exploration company with no guarantees of that next hit. I shouldn't really waste any time worrying about other posters but I've seen it before and talk of the moon, rockets, hodl etc, and these fixed ideas on value now without any actual results is just crazy. Great to dream and fun to speculate, but that's all it is, speculation.

Another thing is this idea that selling shares is looked down upon and shamed, if you can get an early freehold and de-risk, do it (or not, it's up to you). The silly reddit diamond hands, hold on at all costs will only lead to regret, I've had quite a few of those, you'll never lose taking a profit.

And while I'm having a rant, ease up on the poor directors, if they want to sell a few then let them for Christ's sake, it just feels like tall poppy syndrome to me, or straight up jealousy. If you were up by that much you would want to take some off the table, if they want to stay exposed to the down side then good on them but I'd be selling a few.

PS I reckon auctions are great if you get a few keen buyers, around my area you'd never know what price to put on your place, tightly held, bugger all supply, you see auctions just go crazy.
