    I am with Telstra broadband. No problems here in Perth.

    Chances are you have accumulated a lot of rubbish on your computer. First run Disc Defragmenter. Then instal and run "Ccleaner" and "Startup Inspector for Windows". Both are free programs.

    Am confident the above will solve your problem.
