@Helio, this post comes across as both unkind and also I think misrepresents both afawcett and Dr JW.
The situation you describe does not seem reflective of the good grace I’ve seen so far of Dr JW.
My only recollection of an exchange bearing any of these facts was that afawcett, after learning kalenn builds field experience with the company, revealed to Dr JW that he was a student who would love the opportunity to volunteer and gain experience to support his study too. Dr JW was open to talking.
