Before committing too much cash to this stock, consider this question carefully. If the future was so bright, and management so adept, one would think they could wrangle a better deal for holders.

Doesn't mean exit the stock, just have an exit plan, don't assume it will eventually come good.

I haven't followed the more recent announcements closely (held for about a decade now), but I find it hard to believe upwards of five years of research into growth hormones came to fruition just as the old directors left the company. Doesn't make sense that directors would leave just as company is about to take off.
