Peppermint Innovation’s (ASX:PIL) share price soars as market realises platform potential, page-726

I honestly dont know exactly how functional or good the apps are , I've never used them . PIL had a contract with a bank a few years ago ...which they lost . There been noting much said about that - other than the bank wanted to make other arrangements .

I raise the question about how good or functional the apps might be because in my opinion the apps are the "critical Hub " , and exactly how well they work , or user friendly , or ease of using they are is very important to PILs success or other wise . Because everything goes through the app .

I've never said the apps don't work , but given PIL have been doing this for a few years now , and IF the apps worked well , then you would think the take up would be much higher , and accordingly the usage ....and of course the revenue . But that doesn't appear to be the case .
In fact during a COVID period , where quoted use of online solutions was supposedly up 5000 % ......or what ever PILs revenue came in about 50% less than from the previous quarter. Now thats a fact that really required some detailed explanation supported by analysis from PIL


Clearly there are a lot of devoted PIL people on this thread and some with large holdings . Similarly I've seen a few comment from people who say they have relatives or connections in the Philippines .

So I would assume that perhaps quite a few people have actually tried the apps . Yet I've never seen any evidence of this on HC

I , and I am sure others would be very interested in any feedback / comments .

As always I'm happy to be proved wrong or convinced that PIL have got all the boxes ticked, and am interested in intelligent feedback .
