Check out the investor presentation from the 8th March. CLTX-CAR would seem to still require the patients own Tcells to be modified and infused back. The way in which the infusion is done is new. As is the CLTX.
I believe CHM are investigating off the shelf cell tech which would no longer require this and make the treatment cheaper. PTX are also investigating this.
