    no more than max. 10m CFE shares to be issued for the takeover of COV... market conditions for juniors of the likes of COV are hard so they wont be able to demand much.

    Besides, CFE owns 35% of COV, the other 15% are held by the administrators of CUO so that the CopperCO deal could be completed.
