Firstly thanks to @ETSOD for informing us about the meeting.

I am not sure if anyone mentioned about Mitsui's binding offtake agreement for LITHIUM HYDROXIDE with Wesfarmers which was inherited from Kidman Resources. See below.

Another coincident, LTR's recently appointed corporate advisor firm Greenhill & Co was also Kidman's corporate advisor at that time as you can see at the bottom of anns.

Btw, Kidman had done 3 offtake agreements; Tesla, LG Chem and Mitsui. They were all very large companies.

I am also quit sure that the other two; Tesla and LG Chem are both in contact (or maybe in the waiting room) with LTR as LTR has got what they are screaming for.

Mitsui is a very large company with around US$40b MC and huge interest in mineral resources and projects. It is really interesting to see them in LTR's preso.

We have seen many of Mitsui's offtake, JV, etc transaction with ASX companies before.

Mitsui has JV partnerships with other large resources companies, including BHP and Vale of Brazil.

In this week on June 2, Mitsui have just acquired 7% interest in the Western Ridge Iron Ore Deposits which is owned by BHP in Australia. The project is under development. Mitsui says "...it is expected to be highly cost competitive...and its ability to reduce development capital by utilizing existing infrastructure. Mitsui is engaging in this development with the aim of maintaining the long-term operational stability and production volumes of its iron ore business in Australia."
