I think Gardie has hit it 100% right from whats happened. whats going on now and what will happen.
I also agree with the sentiment on around that figure being offered to CHM to walk away and in scrip..not cash.
MMX moves on and becomes more powerful building the company to a major player in their game....CHM has some strong cash behind them to move on.....everyone should be happy.
Grimaldi et all needs some sorting legally though and hopefully somewhat detached from this situation.
I dont see CHM as heading towards being a major mining player yet....maybe one day. I dont see them as a 2 cent share though also...maybe one day they will get back to 10. Nor do I see MMX an under $2 share...I think its one of the great undervalued players on the ASX market bt have confidence it will quickly rise after this is all sorted.
Its an annoying situation for both companies that came out of simple personal greed of a few people and hopefully some justice comes through for those people.
MMX settling the other day shows they want this sorted quickly which shows they're focussed on bigger things. CHM seems like the little ankle biters annoying them. Both companies have been compromised but we'll see it worked out soon.
