Skip - the new CEO of Medibank (David Koczkar) has knee OA, which I read about in the dear old Fin Review and has done training to drop weight and try to hold off knees replacements. I sent emails to the investor relations contacts of both Medibank and Paradigm to see if he could be a possible trial PARticipant.
It wasn't just a marketing thought from my side but more that he sounds like a decent guy and a pretty good candidate. I got a response from Medibank that my email had been sent to their "trials" section but nothing more and nothing from PAR. I'm not sure about the protocols but maybe you could mention to Dr Bloom and see if his office could contact David Koczkar to see if he wants to be screened?
Maybe a stretch bu t I love the idea of a positive, active person getting a chance to get a great treatment.
