We are very aware of Key Wo/Man Risk and have been building the team to avoid it. Phil and I share the leadership for exactly this reason - if one of us goes under the proverbial bus then life continues at RAC. With David and Mike coming on board we are ensuring the company can function and thrive without me in the CSO and pseudo CMO roles. We could have hired more junior people for these roles, but this would have left us exposed to Key Man Risk.
Overall I am really happy with how everything is coming together at RAC after what were some very lean years. We have had a lot of luck, but we have also made use of that luck to create something pretty special.
