So far, management has not proven themselves to be good allocators of capital. Their acquisitions and capital investments have not resulted in any return to shareholders. This is evident by the declining share price from $2 to $1 today.
Now with this acquisition, they are looking to raise capital when the share price is down 50%. They have not proven they can generate cash flow with their existing assets and they are looking to make an acquisition at a depressed share price.
