I don't believe it will take 5 years to get to hydroxide. The market needs hydroxide now, and there is not enough production capacity in North America, if we wait 5 years we would be waaaaaaaaay to late for the dance... someone else will have built it out and we will have missed the golden goose.
We have a plant, all we need are the upgrades and we can be one of the first (if not the first ) hydroxide producing facilities in North America.
