The risk for BRN investors lies in the fact that the current share price does not reflect adequately the risks of the investment.
Why?
With median daily trading volume of about 10 million shares - about half a percent of all shares outstanding - and the high retail shareholder concentration, the current share price of BRN does not reflect a "fully traded" level where the rational marginal investor sets the price.
Rather, it is a retail investor driven price spiral which works as long as someone is willing to believe in the story of "Edge AI saves the world".
Price target: 10 cent.
