Even if they could achieve 1% of the market, it would require 625t. This volume of Graphite would be easily achieved by Sri Lanka's Graphite mines before FGR would need to look at using different graphite feeds or IP.

Based on your previous concerns on graphene price, I have also proven this to be false, where the price upto $400k per tonne only results in a increase of $10 per tyre. I would pay the additional $10+ to get a tyre that could last 25%-50% longer and offer increased grip.
