@Beno77 Im also fortunate enough to be able to ride out the delay. We are in a hot market and this translates to increased transaction costs for possible targets, they are asking for more than what is fair so we may need to exercise a little more patience before this finally comes to fruition. I'm with you though, happy to tip some more in to any future raise to get a deal over the line, but I still want attractive terms of course
