Rogues - with the greatest respect....

So you think that GLI directors WON'T do a cap raising via a share placement? Or that the IDG share price won't go down once GLI take control? The GLI board sure hasn't done much for the GLI shares....!

What's to stop the new directors doing a nice big juicy cap raising, and THEN selling the assets, taking the cash, and doing a bunk? Nothing.

Just call me suspicious, but to me, this whole deal smells of backroom wheeling and dealing.

Vote NO to GLI, and see what they do next.
