Not a truer word said @Swordblade if anyone can get their hands on the following book it's an entertaining read ... it was enlightening/reassuring for me to see the protagonist, supposedly "Jesse Livermore", fail a couple of times before he succeeded, but he had some "major" belief in his actions. I'm an old gold bug by nature, so followed JS Mineset for a while, which is where I found the path to this book. I remember back in 2004 when Ag was at $4 and thinking, "this is going to go to the moon", so greedily jumped into CFD's (leverage) trying to trade (gamble), and got my arse handed to me. If only had held physical bullion, or a producer and stayed in the trade/investment , I'd be sitting quite pretty right now. For me EXR presents a very similar scenario, so this little duck is sitting on his holdings until they hatch. As I've said before I'm no expert in the CSG space, and it was dumb ass luck landing here, but f* this management team just keeps ticking box after box, maybe not quick enough to satisfy everyone, but f* me dead, find me another company in a similar situation that is doing better than EXR, as in doing, not just making shareholder placating announcements.
