Based on the criteria that we know of, it's a very limited set of companies that can bid for it.
If the information that ICG has released to us is not incorrect and interpreted literally then, for NDIBK04 and NDIBK01 blocks, the set of companies qualified for continuity comprises just one, ICG, since both blocks have continuity solely with ICG ground.
On the work program criteria, no one else is going to do more than us in respect of studies (unless trying something novel) and, given the budget we have available, only a major is in a position to trump us for potential drilling in the next 12-18 months. However I interpret that all the majors, apart from NCM, are shut out of this tender because they don't already have continuity with the blocks (or any of the blocks for that matter).
It's hard to see the sense in the govt awarding either block but especially 04 to anyone other than us. The good news is that, if they do, it won't hurt us since we seem to have the best of the strike trend anyway.
