MLI will be getting those shares and they are trading below their nta.
A lot of companies trade below their nta or cash backing which simply means no one trusts them anymore.
MLI will hold 35m drd and 33m wwi and about $7m .
What's their plan for the future or are they just going to draw fees while they look for other projects.
If drd announced a script takeover it would be different story.
