I get you. It's frustrating not hearing from management when there's so much happening.
But here's the thing. The management not only hold a bunch of shares and options, they also have a fiduciary duty to maximise value for shareholders. If they believe that the best way to support the SP is not to drip-feed information to the market, but to announce when they've got something to announce, then that's their prerogative.
They don't want to tank the SP...that doesn't serve their own personal financial interests, nor does it satisfy their legal requirement to the company. You just have to be patient and wait till the news flow arrives.
