@Rothbard the board has been caught out? It is their job to ensure that very thing doesn't happen, and they are paid for that role and get access to a myriad of information (that shareholders don't have) to guide the company and the senior management accordingly.
Being in business for 33 years is no excuse for the precarious financial situation the company sees itself.
