As always, the market could take this several ways...
1) Relief that recent media speculation, was exactly that.
2) A reminder to the punters that at the moment REAL sovereign risk exists with this project, and at anytime a yay or neigh could make or break it. In business, dreams don't always happen.
3) The economics of the deposit atm, are totally unknown, however, a PFS should start to clear that horizon.
