That's a question which at this point in time should probably be viewed as being laced with humour and a touch of sarcasm.
They don't have ANY positive qualities is my simple answer.
I say 'positive qualities' because they are driving the company into the ground.
If I were looking for an acquisition, I wouldn't be offering anywhere near their current $30-35M m/c.
In fact, I have a suspicion that they would be happy to take their share of a $20M buy-out and wander off to the sunset of retirement.
They don't even have the guts to show why a simple shipment from Canada hasn't hit our shores yet despite informing the market that it was due last month - or was it April ?
Actually I think ASIC should be issuing a suspension under a 'please explain' notice.
There is nothing 'Global' about them, nevermind them being a 'Driving force' - unless that really indicates 'driving in REVERSE'
