I don't think less silicon/more graphite is necessarily a good thing. The silicon based anodes use Talphene (graphene) which Talga have quoted at about $15,000 tonne compared to Talnode C (graphite) which is ~$9,000 tonne. With 10% silicon it's still more valuable than Talnode C anode.
The silicon anodes with even more silicon will have less graphene but I would expect them to command a price premium due to the R&D involved and complexity to produce.
