Haven't seen Chuk posting since the beginning of the year? I am betting he cashed out around 12 cents or so and has since moved on to lithium, cannabis etc, hopefully he didn't buy any Bittcoin....

Don't really see any value in talking about a "change of management" these guys own the majority of the Coy, it's their company and project, we're just on the fringes hoping to get some benefit.

Drilling in Cerro Verde has only been happening for a month, they estimated 3 months, so still 2 months to go. You would need to allow a few months for JORC off of that, so we're realistically looking at another 6 months for a significant raise in SP. trouble is that will be just in time for a cap raise which will keep the price flat.

It all seems to be happening, but I do think that management has been intentionally misleading in terms of their time frames and estimates. They keep raving on about their experienced team and so forth, if that's true then how the hell do you miss your estimated timeframe for drilling a couple of holes and sampling them by 1 full year? I shudder to think how long it will take to get a feasibility study done. Ensure that you triple any time estimate these guys give in your decision making.

No idea re Jerusalem. Would be nice to see it sold for anything above 50 mil.

Sluggish share price is understandable, there's no reason for anyone to get a sense of fomo on this one, on account of it moving at a snails pace.
