There is pretty clear evidence of market manipulation on this one if the ASX cares to look into it. In addition to the end of day sales that routinely go through after 4.00pm to push the price down, the fact that one unnamed broker has knocked back orders that push the price up near the end of day, and trades such as the $40 one today routinely go through shortly after a price rise to push the price down, it would be very easy for the ASX to catch out the person or people manipulating the price if they chose to investigate. Stop it immediately, or I suspect that someone will present the evidence to the ASX to investigate if they care to do so.... My bet is that it is a broker acting on behalf of a major client as the trades come from both ASX and CHi-X. It's a risky business to be involved in when it is so blatant and easily verifable....you've been warned.
