AVR cash situation
1. R&D refund cash inflow = 1.49 - 1.22m plus interest maturing at May - 85k plus interest maturing at June = 0.2m
2. Recent CR = 2.3m
3. Cash at hand at the end of the March quarter = 1.6m
4. Total cash at the end of June quarter = 4.1m
5. Cash outflow = 4.3m (same as operating cash outflow March quarter)
6. Net cash at hand by the end of the June quarter = -0.2m
Do we get more money from Mercer this quarter?
CN value (for which the company has already received cash of 1.5m) = 1.62m
CN converted = 0.55m
CN yet to be converted = 1.07m
It means the company still has to issue around 150k shares before getting any money for the $16.5m CN.
When will be the next CR?
This quarter or next?
