    the accusations of lying and the finding of the DHA wasn't reflected in the judgement. However, as you know, laws are changed under the Lib govts and the applications under new laws may not reflect the laws which applied when they came to Aus.

    As such the rejection of the family under laws that were not in accord with international laws are specious at best and plain wrong at worst.
