Spain goes in for a lot of regional holidays. Today is the 'Day of Murcia', an autonomous Spanish region. It is also the 'Day of La Rioja', a holiday exclusive to another region of the country. Today marks these regions' establishment as autonomous communities. We've gone with Spanish eggs with chorizo. (Dunno about the peas - rest looks great.)
