totally agree. HZN in the past was one man show with PNG as pet project, sucking $ for nothing. I was blinded by Osaka payment promise and bite that bait.
today cashflow is clear, no expansion is better than bad expansion.
there is no doubt higher oil price , but that should be factored in as resource is always cyclical. we are not at the new peak yet. Oil is still much need in an energy hungry world.
