first rule is SP above $9.18 is not suited to market makers because than they start counting loss again their original investment of 400 million

Second rule they can’t kill the SP too low to a level that it may be hard for zip to raise and retire back 400 million after 4 years. So in my market makers will only drop SP 25 to 30% from 9.18 and then start cover short which given then juicy 40 million profit roughly. This will be ronde & repeat.

I want to see the first cycle of this that when they start covering, in short when volume goes above 10 to 15 million Intraday.

Excepting your forgetting about the other note holders CVI investment who are a vulture fund and there returns are maximised at a floor price of $1.84

The recent credit raise gives them additional powers as the new note holders can start the decline and they can just accelerate it
