The higher the silver price goes the more likely more silver can be explored for currently it's just too low even for most of the miners today to explore for more the price needs to go alot higher before your see underwater operations having a chance.
remember over the last 60yrs+ a huge amount of silver supply had came from large stockpiles an re-cycling these are now all but gone add in the fact there's a massive short position on silver that if had to be closed would double the price overnight.
Time is not on the low silver prices side..
