bskeer1, what is the regulation change in Hangzhou that you mentioned?
The rules change every week in China. The only property bubble that I know of now is in residential.
Commercial properties are still in the tank as are industrial properties. they have not recovered at all.
As far as I know GMG only hold a small industrial portfolio in China at present.
If there is a residential property bubble can you please explain how this will effect GMG? Why do we need to be warned for this?
After a short period of deflation in China things are just starting to get back to where they were 2 years ago.
Residential still hasn't reached the highs that it did three years ago.
