I understand what you're getting at and obviously we all want the PSA to be signed and movement to happen asap.

I also wasn't aware of this threat and won't dismiss it out of hand. I'm happy it's in another jurisdiction and geographically far away for now. But that could change... this could well be something to keep an eye on and again, this sort of thing is why you can buy IVZ at great prices. It's Africa after all.

I completely disagree that there needs to be a proven resource to summon the will of the people or government to defend IVZs interests. The President has publicly backed IVZ multiple times and the company is seen to be leading the charge to solve a national crisis.

I have no doubt that should protection be required, IVZ would get it in spades whatever stage of the process we're at.
